Eva Moore Postcards 1907-1911

Eva Moore was a young lady who lived in Meridian, Texas, in 1907. By August 1908, Miss Moore had moved to Temple, Texas, where she received mail in care of Cheeves Bros. This collection of 236 postcards documents the casual correspondence among family, friends and sweethearts at the turn of the 20th century. The postcards themselves primarily feature floral motifs, but also bear best wishes for special occasions such as birthdays and holidays, romantic themes, and occasionally greetings from a particular locale.
